Welcome to our physical side...

What we see is our reality. We base our reality and what we sense as real and imagined by what we believe to be actual, factual, and true. Sometimes our perceptions surprise us, and it is always important to have an open mind to new discoveries--not only about the outside world, but our inside world as well.

Our "body food" will introduce you to the art of meditation including developing a mantra and cultivating loving feelings. Our "mind food" is a wonderful interview with the Dalai Lama by T George Harris. He explores the Dalai Lama's ideas about life, coping with troubles, and how to achieve the "peaceful mind".
